Custom Orders
Custom orders are the bread and butter of Show ME! Whippets & Custom Show Leads, etc. right now, so I thought I would post a couple of pictures of what a "custom order" looks like in comparison to an order for a non-custom item. I hope this helps you to make up your mind and explore the options available to you.
No two items are identical, and I prefer to work closely with you on your custom order to make sure that we are both in the same mindframe when it comes time to put your order together. Therefore, it takes longer to fill a custom order on average, and they start out with a base price and go up according to the amount of customization you would like for your item(s).
Toy Leads
Yes, I still make toy leads, and now am beading them as well. Here is an example of two leads recently made. One was made for a Toy Fox Terrier puppy that included two glass lampwork beads with rosebuds in them. Perfect for her especially feminine and beautiful personality! The other was made for a Yorkshire Terrier that included three glass blown beads in gold with a black spiral stripe! A beautiful compliment to his coloring and a perfect match to his bow for the show ring!
The bottom lead was made for a Yorkshire Terrier. It is 4' long and has three gold blown glass beads with a black spiral stripe in them. The hardware on this lead is brass. This lead was a challenge due to the type of cording used, but I was able to get some pointers from my local sources, and now have a new arsenal of beads that I can work with for a larger variety of Custom Leads! Both of these leads come without the beads and are pictured on the Toy Leads page which is still under construction.

Kangaroo Leads

I am also making custom braided kangaroo leads. Plain and beaded. No two are the same as with the Toy Leads. I have been making more of these lately, and enjoy making them. They are substantially more expensive than my nylon or Toy Leads due to the materials used. Most are between $35.00 to $60.00. I also make kangaroo collars and leads independant of each other. I just need the length you are wanting , color desired (I can make almost all the same colors as I do in the nylon, as well as metallics), and then I will work with you on the hardware and beading if you desire a beaded lead. I have a couple of samples of the leads that I have made pictured above. I have many more pictures available if you would like me to send some to you.
